The ZTREM Drywall Machine efficiently forms studs and tracks that consume roughly 20% less material than conventional studs. The PS800, a light gauge steel stud and track roll forming machine, produces profiles as per the illustration below. It is designed to roll form 1 5/8″, 2½”, 3 5/8″, 4″, and 6″ studs and tracks with nonstructural profiles.
Capable of roll forming steel ranging from 26 to 24 gauge, this machine can be configured to produce studs with either a 1 ¼” or 1 7/16″ flange. ZTREM’s innovative design features knurled surfaces on 24-26 gauge stud and track faces, enhancing screw fixing by preventing slippage and material damage.
The machine operates with a minimum thickness of 30 gauge (0.015″) and a maximum of 24 gauge (0.027″), with a mechanical strength of 57 KSI.
Additional Stud & Track Kit Options Include:
– 1 5/8″ (41.3mm) Stud & Track Kit (for 26 to 20 gauge)
– Optional Upgrade: 2 ½” x 1 7/16″ with a .375″ Lip attachment.
