3. Main Forming Mill

This Punching device is driven by a independent 5.5Kw hydraulic pump, it is connect with the shear and share one servo motor, it do the punching job without pause, so that to keep the machine at a high working speed. Besides, the user can set and adjust the distance of punching positions The punching molds are made of Cr12 alloy steel
5. Servo Tracking Shearing System
Shearing die is made of Cr12, high frequency quenched with HRC50, it is driven by an independent 5.5Kw hydraulic pump, and controlled by a 3Kw servo motor. This helps the shear cut high precisely and it cut without pause.
